Big Changes

As everyone knows, we just started this store up about two weeks ago. Things have been going great. The reception is incredible, and things are going better than we ever could have imagined. We appreciate everyone who has been there for us, supported us, and helped us launch. If you're reading this right now, thank you for everything you've done for us.

Running a good business takes a lot of experimentation. We are committed to being the best. What that means for you, as a customer, is that you're going to get to be alongside us while we try out different promotions, sales, free items, and things of that nature. So we have some changes that are going into effect immediately:

-We are offering free shipping on all orders placed within the United States, no minimum purchase required.

-The Free Item of the Week will only be available to people who place an order of $50 or more. We find this to be reasonable, as the average order is right around $50 anyway.

-We did away with the 25% off coupon special that we were going to run for the month of January. You can still use the 10% off code "ILIKEYOU" at checkout, which combined with the free shipping, is more valuable than a 25% off coupon.

-We added a rewards program. It runs on points, which are acquired by doing various things. You get points for signing up for the program, points for referring friends, points for having your birthday, and points for making purchases. They can be redeemed for money off your purchases or free items. We're really excited about it.

We put a lot of thought into these changes, and we've come to the conclusion that this is what is best for YOU, the customer. The decision to offer totally free shipping was a big one for us. We didn't increase our prices to make up for the money we will be losing on shipping. We are keeping all of the prices right where they are.

We hope that you're pleased with the changes we've made. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us via email, phone, or social media. You can even send us a letter in the mail if you want, but if you do that, you have to throw a picture of one of your pets in the envelope too. Sorry, those are the rules.
