How long will my order take to get to me?

Shipping times will vary based on item and your location. We do our best to make sure your items arrive as quickly as they can. Standard processing time is between 3-7 days, and shipping may take between 5-25 days. We ship directly for several different manufacturers, in several different countries, which is how we keep our prices low and quality of goods high. Usually, most orders are delivered within 10 days. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, aside from our Free Item of the Week promotions.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship all over the world. On all non-domestic orders, customers will be required to cover the cost of shipping.

 

Do you accept cancellations/returns?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations. However, we do accept returns. If it comes damaged, doesn't fit, or you just decide that you don't want it anymore, it may be sent back within 14 days of the order date to Fifth and Maple LLC, 220 Burgoyne Loop, Davenport, FL 33897. The return must be in the same condition it came in, and be inside of the original packaging. Due to the nature of some of our items, we cannot accept opened products. If you meet these guidelines, your refund will be processed after we receive the returned item. When sending returns, please include a slip with your order number on it. Customer is entirely responsible for return shipping costs, and any fees paid for shipping will not be refunded. Sale items and promotional items are non-returnable. 

 

 

I only got half of my order, what's going on?

Sometimes orders will be broken up into separate shipments because it is a more cost effective way to ship when we utilize multiple manufacturers for our goods. Doing it this way allows us to continue offering free shipping and keep our prices low. It also allows you to get your items as they become ready to ship, meaning you get them more quickly. If you get a box and it doesn't have your whole order in it, don't worry, the rest is on the way.
